Our Powerhouse

Under our latest expansion project, we established our precision  mould making workshop in a over 4,000 sq. feet air-conditioned area with PUR-sealed shop floor to maintain a dust free clean environment for consistent precision mould manufacturing. We have an in-house centralized computer networking system, which facilitates the transfer and process of CAD/CAM data between mould design and workshop efficiently and accurately.

State-of-the-art Mould Development Capability

For mould design, our design engineering professionals are able to handle the most popular CAD/CAM/CAE systems such as Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, Unigraphics and Moldflow for getting CAD/CAM data provided by the customer. We can work on your CAD data directly and provide YOU a preliminary mould layout via Internet in a week for approval before starting mould making.

Quality Moulding

The injection moulding workshop is equipped with over 40 injection moulding machines with clamping force from 20 to 210 tonnes, which include electric and hydraulic machines from Sumitomo, Toshiba, Nissei, Arburg and Chen Hsong. We have approximately 1,000 skilled workers working in an air-conditioned and fully automatic assembly facilities for delivering consistent high quality products.

We have expertise in the use and handling of a wide range of standard and engineering grade resins including PC, ABS, PC/ABS, POM, PA, LCP, PBT, PET with and without flame-retardant and fibre filled materials.
